Introducing the Guest configuration agent, a domain expert that reasons over the Azure Guest configuration API to manage guest configuration assignments and reports without manual workflow setup. It autonomously creates or updates assignments between ARC machines or VMs and guest configurations, as specified by operations like GuestConfigurationHCRPAssignments_CreateOrUpdate and GuestConfigurationAssignments_CreateOrUpdate. The agent can also retrieve detailed reports on guest configuration assignments using operations such as GuestConfigurationAssignmentReports_Get and GuestConfigurationHCRPAssignmentReports_List, enabling precise compliance validation. Additionally, it can list and delete guest configuration assignments across resource groups, VMSS, and subscriptions, leveraging operations like GuestConfigurationAssignments_RGList and GuestConfigurationAssignments_Delete, ensuring expert-level management tailored strictly to Azure Guest configuration resources.
